Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At BLENDCORE, our goal is to deliver reliable, high-performance blenders at a fair price. This policy explains when a product can be returned and how refunds are handled. We keep the process simple, but we also protect the brand from misuse.

Warranty Information

All BLENDCORE blenders include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Electrical or mechanical defects under normal household use

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

  1. The product arrived damaged or defective.
  2. The item received is different from what you ordered.
  3. A wrong item was delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from BLENDCORE or our authorized partners.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided for any defect or issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing accessories
  • Clearance or final-sale items

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Support:
    Reach out to our customer service team at support@shopblendcore.com or call 0814 671 3953 to request a Return Authorization.
  2. Prepare the Product:
    Repack the item securely in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  3. Send to the Designated Centre:
    Our team will provide the appropriate return address or pickup station.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not granted for general complaints, usage issues, or customer dissatisfaction. Those cases fall strictly under warranty claims, where repair or replacement will be handled according to the warranty terms.

A full refund will only be approved under one strict condition:

Failure to Perform as Advertised
If BLENDCORE demonstrates in its official product videos or descriptions that the blender can perform a specific task (for example, blending dry beans), and we are unable to recreate that result, the customer may request a refund.

To validate this:

  • The customer must submit clear photo or video evidence of the attempted task.
  • Our team will test the same task under normal conditions.
  • If we fail to reproduce the advertised result, the refund will be granted.
  • If the device performs correctly during testing, the case will be processed as a warranty issue, not a refund.

Refund is NOT granted for the following reasons:

  • Factory defects or manufacturing errors
    (These are handled strictly under warranty through repair or replacement, not refund.)
  • The customer “didn’t like” the product after use
  • Situations already covered by warranty repair or replacement
  • Noise level
  • Size or weight complaints
  • Size or weight complaints
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Incorrect use or overloading
  • Requests based on personal preference

A refund may be declined if:

  • The claim cannot be verified
  • The product shows signs of use or tampering
  • There is evidence of repeated return abuse or fraudulent claims

If approved:

  • Full Refund: Processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
  • Partial Refund: Applied only when the returned item is incomplete or damaged for reasons not caused by us

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same model, contact our support team. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, notify us immediately. We will arrange a return and either repair, replace, or refund the product at no extra cost.
